Under the leadership of Managing Partner Walter Hogan, the company scaled up to include retail space throughout the South Sound area totaling nearly a million square feet. The WWR partnership team is truly a multi-generational family business with a regional reach.
As Managing Partner of WWR Properties and Hogan Enterprises, Walter Hogan brings a talent for identifying opportunity and managing large-scale business interests. Educated at the University of Washington, Walter Hogan first served as an Army officer before building a multi-million dollar chain of restaurants and supermarkets.
After selling the majority of his restaurant investments, Walter made a brief and lucrative foray into the world of telecommunications in the late 80s and early 90s, building a national long-distance phone company that eventually employed some 3,000 associates and workers. A series of mergers and acquisitions positioned Walter and his business partners to make a multi-billion dollar sale of their company to Qwest Communications. From there, Walter began investing in, acquiring, and managing commercial properties, and does so to this day in partnership with his brother and nephew.
